Rates & Insurance

At Imagine Therapy Solutions, we have a variety of billing solutions to meet your therapeutic needs. For most, insurance will cover the majority of the counseling cost, while for others, we offer a sliding scale fee.

Clients are responsible for their insurance coverage. Please call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask if Imagine Therapy Solutions and/or the name of your provider is in network. They can also inform you of your copay/cost share per session.

Your copay or cost share is due at the time of session. You are welcome to pay in the office, through your Theraportal account, over the phone, or by mail. We accept: Cash, Checks, and Major Credit Cards at the time of appointment.

Theraportal

Our software system that we use for telehealth is called Theraportal. For telehealth appointments, you will receive an email from Theraportal with a username and temporary password for your client portal. Once you login with this information, you will then be prompted to change your password to something confidential. Going forward, this will be your login information to access your client portal at any time. Through your client portal, in addition to accessing your telehealth session, you can view your scheduled appointments, and pay an outstanding balance. If you have questions about accessing the telehealth session, please see attached PDF with step-by-step instructions. Clients will be receiving an automated text or email reminding them of their appointment around 24 hours before the appointment.

How do I pay my bill?

Your copay or cost share is due at the time of session. You are welcome to pay in the office,
through your Theraportal account, over the phone, or by mail.

How long are therapy sessions?

Initial visits are typically 60 minutes long, with follow-up visits ranging between 30 and 60 minutes.

Cancelation & Covid Policy

Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for or canceling an appointment. You may be charged for the full amount of a scheduled fee without such notification or missed appointment: $145 per missed session. A late cancelation or no-show may also impact the ability to schedule future sessions or you may lose previously scheduled appointments. 

Please stay home if you are having symptoms of Covid. Your session may be available for telehealth if needed.
